- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very Friendly Employees! I'm not sure why other people are giving such negative reviews. We had a box here for three years. Whenever I had issues, had to pick up large items, etc., every one of the employees at this location was extremely courteous and handled my business quickly and efficiently. Dealing with the public, especially in this type atmosphere, must be grueling work. I can't imagine. Yet everyone was always extremely kind and professional to me. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointing for a federal facility. They never answer the phone and you cannot leave a message as the mailbox is always full. I echo some of the comments from others pertaining to this specific facility. EDH is a great place and we should have the best USPS office in the area.By enrique Rodriguez, November 09, 2016
